Purpose of the Role

To coordinate the smooth running and office administration of the respective branch. Ensuring that all office equipment is maintained, relevant records are kept up to date and that all office administration processes work effectively. Control & record keeping of all incoming office related correspondence. Maintain office supplies, stationery and equipment (including printers, telephones and conferencing facilities. Orientation of new staff, ensuring that new staff members have the appropriate stationery when they start, ensuring that on-baording forms are completed timeously. Meet with office landlord and suppliers to discuss services rendered and ensure that the SLA’s are adhered to. Planning and oversight of any and all installations completed at the office (conferencing facilities, fibre. Telephones, printers etc). Maintain good relationship with landlord and suppliers. Liaise with relevant stakeholders to resolve office queries/complaints. Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment according to a set checklist. Check that invoice payments are made on time and purchase orders are accurate when maintaining office stock (stationery, kitchen stock etc.)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Matric
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.
  • At least 1 years’ office administration experience
  • Good supervisory skills.
  • Good administrative, planning and organising skills.
  • Driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Previous Telecommunications Experience (added advantage)
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent at multi-tasking and reporting.
