Purpose of the Role
Ensure Resellers are well resourced and equipped to function at optimum levels. Provide training and
daily support and ensure we drive the right principles around managing sales and achieving revenue
targets. Ensure sales teams extract as much revenue from the allocated sales territory as possible by
implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets. Overseeing and conducting market research to develop and implement sales initiatives, developing and implementing sales strategies and product knowledge. Guide sales team around time management of daily required activities. Onboard resellers to ensure quickest time to performance.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Matric
Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing or related.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Telecommunications sales strategy understanding preferable.
At least 2 years’ experience in sales or field sales team management, preferably in the B2C(FTTH)
ICT/Telecommunications sale’s sector
Knowledge and understanding of telecoms industry and products.
A proven track record in closing volumes B2C (FTTH)
