Role Description
Preparing board and management packs, memos, letters, statements and other documents
Managing queries and requests directed to the Managing Executive
Running of errands for the Managing Executive
Managing the Executive’s mail box, calendar and prioritizing tasks
Monthly Payroll administration
Reviewing minutes of Management and Executive meetings
Compiling various reports
Other relevant ad-hoc duties
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Matric
Business Administration Qualification is advantageous
Computer Literacy (advanced MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Previous experience working as a high-level secretary or personal assistant
Own vehicle
